In October 2002 Bayleys made the decision to more actively market our customer's properties to the international marketplace. |
As part of this strategy we held a series of farming seminars across the UK and Ireland, as well as exhibiting at Expos in London. We were overwhelmed with the level of interest generated and the enthusiasm shown towards potential immigrants and investors looking seriously at opportunities in New Zealand.

We were overwhelmed with the level of interest generated and the enthusiasm shown towards potential immigrants and investors looking seriously at opportunities in New Zealand.
Due to the success experienced in this first year Bayleys has since returned to the UK, continuing the exhibitions and seminars every year since. As a group, we are proud to have introduced UK purchasers to in excess of $300 million worth of New Zealand property as a direct result of our activity.
Following on from this Bayleys took the decision in 2005 to open a representative office in the United Kingdom. Doing business around the globe and with time differences can be challenging, so we thought we'd make it easier for you.
We've included in this site a few feature properties which we update each month. We've also provided a lot of information about NZ generally, investing in NZ and property in NZ to give you a good understanding of the market.
