About Marlborough

The Marlborough Region is renowned for its breathtaking and varied beauty, and its distinctive Sauvignon Blancs

Marlborough is a dynamic region, a province unique in its contrasts.
The long sheltered waterways of the Marlborough Sounds - the gateway to New Zealand’s South Island, the expansive Wairau Plains with ripening vines that disappear into a summer haze. Kaikoura’s rugged Pacific Coastline dwarfed by sheer mountains, and the valleys - Wairau, Awatere, and Clarence, wide and long, driving inland splitting and dividing the landscape.

Marlborough is wine - Marlborough is aquaculture - Marlborough is boats, sea and whales.

With over 15000 hectares in vines – New Zealand’s largest viticultural area - Marlborough is recognized as one of the world’s finest wine regions. Its Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay and are internationally acclaimed.
